Cucumber Raita | Tomato Cucumber Raita | Onion Tomato Raita | Yogurt Salad
Prep time: Under 5-10 mins
Serves: 3-4 people
Ingredients:
½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
1 cup cucumber (finely chopped)
1 cup beetroot (finely chopped)
1 cup dahi/yogurt (regular or Vegan)
1 small Tomato (finely chopped)
1-2 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add onion, cucumber, beetroot, tomato, dahi/yogurt
- Give it a nice and gentle mix
- Add Coriander and repeat Step 2
- Serve as is or refrigerate it and eat when needed
Tips:
- You can make this in advance and eat it with almost any meal
- It tastes delicious when it’s served cold with a nice and hot main meal
- You can replace yogurt with any Vegan yogurt like soy yogurt or almond milk yogurt or even flavored yogurt, it still tastes delicious.
