Shrimp Recipe | Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp | Quick and easy under 8 minutes

Serves 2 people
*All ingredients used are organic & local.*
Ingredients:
1. 4-5 Cloves of Garlic
2. 1 long red chili (not too spicy) 1 tsp of fresh pepper
3. ½ stick of butter (at room temperature)
4. Salt (as per taste)
5. Some chopped Coriander
6. 1 pound shelled Shrimps
7. ½ Lime
Mixture preparation:
1. Shelled Shrimps - Slit shrimps and pat them to dry.
2. Mortar & Pestle - Crush Garlic, red chili, salt.
3. Marination - To the crushed Garlic and red chilis, add butter and some pepper and freshly chopped coriander and thoroughly mix everything.
4. Add the prepared mixture to the shrimp and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes if not 1-2 hours.

Frying:
1. To a heated pan (**without any oil) add marinated shrimps one by one - buttered part facing the pan.
2. Fry for approx. 2-3 mins on each side.
3. Now sprinkle some lime and take it on a nice clean plate.
4. Serve with a chutney or tomato sauce.
