Filter Coffee | Coffee Filter | Filter Coffee Without a Filter

Serves 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Coffee powder
  • 4 tbsp - Water (Lukewarm)
  • 1 cup - Whole milk (Warm)
*The ingredients listed are for two small cups of coffee.*


Preparation:
  1. In a mixer, add coffee powder, Water, and Sugar
  2. Give instant pulse to mixer
  3. Off goes the mixer, take the mixture and mix it with whole milk.
  4. Keep on mixing by taking each container at considerable height until it gets frothier.
  5. Serve hot & delicious coffee in small size cups.


Tips:
  • Use lukewarm water to make it frothier.
  • For best results, do not keep the mixer running instead give the intermittent pulse.
  • Use good quality coffee.

  • Do not drink coffee on an empty stomach as it will harm your digestion.
  • If you drink coffee first thing in the morning then it will force your stomach to produce more hydrochloric acid and this can cause acidity.
  • Coffee has antioxidants but for those antioxidants to work it requires some food so make sure you eat something before having coffee, it could be as simple as dry fruits.
  • A Little bit of sugar won’t impact your body, in fact, it will make your coffee taste better.
